Special orders of items not listed on our website but made available from our suppliers and placed at a customers request are not refundable except for defective merchandise.

A customer order for any item not listed on our web site but ordered from our manufacturers.

Our Goal for Special Orders
We are dedicated to providing you with the best service, selection, and pricing in the industry. If you are looking for something that you don't see on our site, please contact us and we'll see if we can get it. We can often special order items just for you (minimum orders may apply) from our manufacturers.

About Lead Times
Special order items usually take longer to get than regular items, and may take several weeks or longer. If you need your items by a specific date, please be sure to tell us.

Some Examples
Examples of special order products are Screws with "Cruciform" Heads and Plates with Conical Holes in the same size ranges of the Hex Head screws we stock.

Larger size Cancellous 6.5 mm screws and Cannulated Screws.
Complete Sets are available with "Cruciform" heads and plates to match.
A variety of Instruments used in Surgery: Hammers, Pliers, Impactors and other items.

These are all supplied with the same goal of Same Quality, Better Prices.

Paying for Special Orders
When placing a special order the customer will be asked to make an advanced payment equal to 50% of the total order cost. Once the product has arrived and is ready for shipping at our warehouse, the customer will be informed via phone or e-mail and will be requested to settle the balance of the order. Product shipment will take place after this final payment is verified.
